Restoring Architectural Glass: Eliminating Sea-Spray Scale

Properties situated along the Atlantic Seaboard face constant exposure to airborne ocean minerals. When sea fog evaporates on heated glass surfaces, calcium and magnesium salts bond chemically with the silicate substrate, creating permanent calcified hazing.

Standard window washing cannot touch silica bonds. Green Gini uses cerium oxide compound polishing combined with de-ionized pure water filtration to mechanically dissolve and lift mineral scale, returning glass to optical transparency.

A final hydrophobic polymer shield is buffed into the exterior surface to repel salt spray for up to six months.
